About our Online Course
Our online course is designed to to be just as engaging as our in-person program. Through a series of interactive videos, worksheets, and reflection questions, you will be challenged to become more self-aware of your Top 5 Talent Themes and how they manifest in your life--whether at work or at home. Start anytime! This on-demand, self-paced program is delivered in our Lightspeed VT learning platform; it takes approximately four (4) hours to complete, but you can complete it at your own pace! You will receive online course access within two business days after registration.

Dr. Kaley Klaus is the Director of Professional & Continuing Education at Fort Hays State University, where she leads workforce-focused training, consulting, and non-credit education initiatives designed to meet industry and community needs. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, organizational behavior, systems thinking, organizational learning, assessment, online learning, and creating leadership development programs for organizations and professionals. She has taught undergraduate and graduate leadership courses, developed professional development programs, and contributed to innovative initiatives in digital badging and alternative credentialing. Dr. Klaus has authored and co-authored scholarly publications and conference presentations on leadership education and assessment and is an active member of the Association of Leadership Educators, where she has served in multiple national leadership roles, including President. She earned her EdD in Higher Education Leadership from Maryville University of Saint Louis and is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach.
