Description

Every leader brings a unique combination of talents, but the best leaders know how to use them intentionally. This interactive, strengths-based workshop is designed for leaders, supervisors, and managers who want to lead more deliberately by building self-awareness, meeting their teams' real needs, and recognizing the strengths already present in the people they lead. Using Gallup's Four Needs of Followers framework, Trust, Compassion, Stability, and Hope, participants will learn to deploy their CliftonStrengths® with purpose, spot and name strengths in others, and leave with a concrete 30-day leadership action plan.

Program Objectives

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Connect your CliftonStrengths® to your leadership style and recognize how they shape (or sometimes limit) your effectiveness as a leader.
  • Recognize what your team needs from you most and map your strengths to those needs.
  • Spot strengths in action on your team and name them in ways that build trust and engagement.
  • Create a strengths-based leadership action plan that addresses the real needs of the people you lead.

Recommendations

This workshop is recommended for leaders, managers, or supervisors who wish to use CliftonStrengths® as a tool for team development and leadership.
